All fish, tanks, live plants, and everything I have needed I have bought through this store. I had zero issues along this journey because any questions I had- their staff would answer and in some cases find an immediate solution. Amazing selection on fish and all supplies needed..."

There's absolutely nothing like the experience of going to a place where they sell all the supplies for your hobby and/or passion and the people working there make it feel like you're just there to share in your love for the stuff. She's super knowledgeable, reassuring and amazing with people. I would skip over the big pet supply store to go here any day for my aquatic needs. I have tons of love and respect for this little gem of a store. I send people there all the time. 🩵

Western Slope Aquatics stands out because of the knowledge and care they bring to the hobby. The staff is extremely professional and clearly passionate about fishkeeping. What I appreciate most is the long-term relationship you build with them. They remember your setup, offer thoughtful advice, and genuinely want to see your tanks succeed. That kind of trust and consistency is hard to find, especially compared to big box stores. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've been dreaming of getting my salt water tank going for sometime now and was so excited to finally visit my LFS after my tank cycled and these folks didn't disappoint. Amy gave me the college education on what fish and inverts my tank was ready for now and coached me up on when I could make more additions. They had absolutely all the extra gear I wanted too. Totally worth the trip from Ridgway!

Great experience! We just became fish owners and knew absolutely nothing about them except from what Petsmart had told us (which wasn't allot nor informative). We came W.S. Aquatics and wow, so informative and incredibly helpful. We love shopping local and this family owned since 1969 business is the only place I will go now for all my aquatic needs. So many beautiful fish and accessories as well for all tanks and sizes.

My family and I love getting our fish from this family business!! Their fish are always healthy and happy and they are extremely knowledgeable about fish and aquarium care. We love even more that they don’t turn their customers away that are choosing not to comply with face masks. We love supporting them and will continue to do so!
